Working alongside leading architects, builders, designers, and homeowners gave him a unique perspective on what transforms a well-built house into an exceptional home - an appreciation for proportion, materials, craftsmanship, and the subtle details that shape how a space feels. 

With an MBA in Finance, over a decade of financial experience, and extensive international real estate investment expertise, Ziv combines strategic investment discipline with hands-on execution. As a licensed California contractor and founder of Iveria Construction Inc., he oversees every stage of development, ensuring exceptional quality, precision, and attention to detail.
